MedsCheck LTC (Long-Term Care)

Blister pack conversion program
A MedsCheck is the natural moment to spot the patient who is struggling to manage a handful of bottles — and who belongs on compliance (blister) packaging. Our program builds that conversion into every review: patients who would benefit are identified, counselled, and moved onto blister packs prepared by your pharmacy.
